As well as the formal AGM on Sunday morning, the BBF is organising the Congress section of the meeting on the Saturday afternoon that will feature a number of specific sessions and presentations on the key topics on British baseball. The congress sessions will cover coaching, officials, development, adult and youth baseball as well as the National Teams and other subjects that make up our Federation.
“This year has been an important one for British Baseball. The shift of the Annual General Meeting to the Sunday morning will allow for a more comprehensive and engaging dialogue on the key topics featured during the Congress as well as a more open discussion amongst delegates over the weekend,” said BBF President Tom Thornhill.
“With delegates attending from clubs across the country, shifting to a two-day format in a central location will enable most delegates to stay for one night rather than two. I am also delighted to be welcoming back the East of England Baseball League, the North East Baseball League and the Northern British Baseball League for this year's event.”
